All sales are final but if your Chakra Bandz arrive broken, contact us via our instagram or email with a photo of what you received within a week of your shipment arrival and we can attempt to repair them them at no additional cost. If they are unrepairable then we will customize you a new pair. No two pair are the same so we cannot agree to duplicate your prior order but we can give you something similar.
