This instrumental is an extended lease which means the producer/composer owns the rights to the composition and will not be used for other artists within the first 3 years of the recording. Exclusive buyout rights are available as well. With this instrumental, you receive track-outs for mixing purposes by your favorite engineer 50/50 split in royalties.
